Yeah... Fire Emblem is filling my thoughts quite effectively at the moment.
I'm also in a very cheery, summery mood thanks to the warm weather, lush trees and chirping birds in our backyard

I haven't really got anything special to write about, so I'll just write a brief summary of what I'm working on at the moment. There's a little bit of blab after that

I submitted my first Puella Magi Madoka Magica fan art piece earlier today, so do check it out if you're interested!
I've been thinking about a new small piece that would be the next part of my neverending "One Piece in circles" project I managed to create a decent "raw sketch" quite effortlessly, but hopefully I really can finish that piece in the near future. There is going to be a single character in the piece... Someone from Skypie ARC. But that's all I'm going to say!
Other than that... Yes... Fire Emblem. I really want to draw some fan art of Awakening, but at the moment I acrually feel more tempted to get back into the groove by drawing some characters from PoR and RD. Besides, I haven't drawn any proper Fire Emblem fan art (excluding secret santa trades) in some two years! I've got two ideas for big pieces at the moment and I'm going to start working on one of them very soon. I just have to decide on the composition first.
To top this all of, the protagonists for my biggest personal story are coming together nicely I really want to draw a good, big picture as an introduction of sorts, but that's still something I'm leaving for a later time.
Lastly, I really want to draw flowers at the moment. And balloons. For whatever reason.

I decided to start a new save file in Fire Emblem Path of Radiance today I realized I really miss Tellius, you know. I never managed to bring myself to finish Radiant Dawn, either, so maybe this will motivate me enough so that I can also start it from the beginning and try and finish it. You see, I know I have to kill my favorite character in the final chapter on the first playthrough... It's surprisingly big an obstacle, even though I know exactly how the game ends.
I... I've been feeling very nostalgic for the past few days. Fire Emblem was a really big thing for me when I was younger, and now thanks to Awakening I managed to kind of... Reintroduce myself to it. It feels really good. I'm really happy about it. The same has happened to me with a lot of game series recently, but FE was something I was especially excited about back in the day so I'm twice as excited now
I also appreciate the games a lot more now that I'm older, and am able to look at the characters and plots more critically, but... Also with a more open mind. If that makes sense.
I suppose I really have grown during the years I've been here on DA, ha ha.
